Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance and support on all HR matters.
Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for all new employees.
Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance employee skills and foster a positive work culture.
Manage employee relations and address any conflicts or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to support a fair and inclusive work environment.
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational initiatives and promote a strong company culture.
Serve as a trusted resource for employees, providing guidance and support on HR-related inquiries.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers.
Manage employee benefits and compensation programs.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.
Foster a diverse and inclusive work environment that values and respects all employees.
Represent Pizza Hut in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or A Related Field
3-5 Years Of Experience In Hr, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Environment
Strong Understanding Of Employment Laws And Regulations
Experience In Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, And Employee Relations
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
