Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and help provide our customers with the highest quality of service. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with customers.The successful candidate must have a minimum of two years of experience in customer service, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry. They must have a positive attitude and the ability to think quickly on their feet. A team player who can work collaboratively with colleagues is essential. The successful candidate must possess strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices. They must also have the ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide friendly and efficient customer service in accordance with Pizza Hut standards.
  2. Develop strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  3. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and requests.
  4. Actively listen and accurately assess customer needs.
  5. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
  6. Maintain a thorough knowledge of Pizza Hut products and services.
  7. Utilize problem-solving and critical thinking skills to provide effective solutions.
  8. Maintain accurate customer records in the customer database.
  9. Perform administrative tasks such as processing orders and updating customer information.
  10. Support team members in meeting customer service goals.
