Are you a highly-motivated, organized, and experienced Scrum Manager looking to take on an exciting new challenge? Pizza Hut is seeking an Associate Program Manager (Scrum) to join our team and help lead our development projects to success. In this role, you will use your expertise in Scrum to define and implement development objectives, and ensure that all projects stay on track and within budget. The ideal candidate for this position is a creative problem-solver who is comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders and has a knack for developing effective strategies and solutions. You should have experience managing development projects, as well as a deep knowledge of Scrum principles and practices.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in a related field• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in an Agile development environment• Proven track record in successfully managing software development projects• Solid understanding of Scrum principles and practices• Excellent communication and organizational skills • Proficiency in project management software such as JIRA or Trello • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project plans and objectives for Scrum development projects

• Monitor and track progress of development projects to ensure timely completion

• Lead daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies

• Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders

• Ensure that development projects follow Scrum principles and practices

• Create and manage projects using project management software such as JIRA or Trello

• Identify and resolve potential issues throughout the project lifecycle

• Monitor project budgets and resources to ensure that development projects remain within budget

• Manage project risks and escalations

• Develop project-related reports to communicate progress to stakeholders

• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and practices in the Agile development environment
