The ideal candidate will have a solid background in finance and accounting, with the ability to lead a team of finance professionals. The Associate Manager - Finance will be responsible for managing the financial activities of the organization, and will work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure the timely and accurate completion of all financial reporting.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance• 5+ years of experience in financial management• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards• Proven ability to lead a team• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment• High level of accuracy and attention to detailIf you think you have what it takes to be the next Associate Manager - Finance at Pizza Hut, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities: • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance with GAAP and other financial regulations • Lead, direct, and manage the financial activities of the organization • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and other financial reports to ensure accuracy and integrity • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop long-term financial strategies and plans • Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify opportunities for improvement • Establish and maintain effective relationships with banks, financial institutions, and auditors • Oversee the preparation of tax returns and regulatory filings • Provide guidance and support to the finance team to ensure all deadlines are met • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations • Assist with other financial projects and initiatives as needed
