As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and maintaining our high standards of quality and service.   1. Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring food quality and safety, and managing inventory.
  2. Manage and train staff members, including scheduling shifts, providing on-the-job training, and giving performance evaluations.
  3. Maintain high standards of customer service by ensuring that all employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient in serving our customers.
  4. Assist in creating and implementing strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  5. Monitor and maintain the restaurant's cleanliness and appearance, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in good working condition.
  6. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Collaborate with the General Manager to set and achieve financial goals for the restaurant.
  8. Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales and inventory data.
  9. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new ideas to enhance the customer experience.
  11. Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new employees.
  12. Act as a role model for the team by displaying a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent customer service skills.
  13. Complete any other tasks or duties assigned by the General Manager.

Job Qualifications
  • Prior Experience In The Restaurant Industry: A Successful Assistant Manager At Pizza Hut Should Have Previous Experience Working In A Fast-Paced Restaurant Environment, Preferably In A Managerial Or Supervisory Role.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: The Assistant Manager Will Be Responsible For Overseeing And Directing A Team Of Employees, So Effective Leadership Skills Are Essential. This Includes The Ability To Motivate, Train, And Manage Staff To Ensure A High Level Of Performance.
