- Oversee the hands-on training and development of veterinary technician students.
- Design and implement curriculum and training programs for students.
- Provide guidance and support to students, faculty, and staff.

- Stay updated on current trends and advancements in veterinary medicine to ensure the program remains relevant and up-to-date.
- Plan and coordinate clinical rotations and externships for students.

- Manage and maintain equipment and supplies for the clinical training facility.
- Conduct regular meetings with faculty and staff to discuss program progress and make necessary adjustments.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Promote the program and represent the institute at professional conferences and events.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students during clinical training.
- Manage budgets and resources for the clinical training facility.
- Adhere to and uphold the institute's policies and procedures.
- Communicate with students, faculty, and staff to address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the clinical training program to meet the needs of students and the industry.
Bachelor's Or Associate's Degree In Veterinary Technology Or Related Field.
Certification As A Veterinary Technician (Cvt) Or Veterinary Technician Specialist (Vts).
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience Working As A Veterinary Technician In A Clinical Setting.
Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With Experience In Training And Supervising Staff.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Students, Faculty, And External Stakeholders.
