Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Respiratory Therapy Or A Related Field: A Respiratory Therapy Instructor At Pima Medical Institute - Tucson Must Have A Strong Educational Background In Respiratory Therapy Or A Related Field To Effectively Teach And Mentor Students.
Active Respiratory Therapist (Rrt) Or Certified Respiratory Therapist (Crt) License: In Addition To Educational Qualifications, A Respiratory Therapy Instructor Should Also Hold A Current Rrt Or Crt License To Demonstrate Their Expertise And Credibility In The Field.
Previous Teaching Or Training Experience: Prior Experience As A Respiratory Therapy Instructor, Clinical Instructor, Or Preceptor Is Highly Desirable For This Role. This Shows The Candidate's Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Concepts And Facilitate The Learning Experience For Students.
