- Serve as a professional representative of the program and the institution, upholding ethical standards and promoting a positive image.
- Participate in faculty development opportunities and attend meetings and conferences to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on industry trends.
- Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and industry professionals to promote program success and foster professional relationships.
- Adhere to all institutional policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and respectful learning environment for all students.
- Actively engage in recruitment and retention efforts to attract and retain qualified students for the program.
- Continuously evaluate and improve teaching methods and techniques to enhance student learning outcomes.
- Serve as a mentor and resource for students, providing guidance and support as they navigate their educational and professional journeys.
Minimum Of A Master's Degree In Physical Therapy Or Related Field From An Accredited Institution.
Current And Valid Physical Therapist Assistant (Pta) License In The State Of Arizona.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Clinical Experience As A Practicing Pta.
Prior Teaching Experience In A Post-Secondary Educational Setting, Preferably In A Pta Program.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Instruct And Mentor Students From Diverse Backgrounds.
