- Train and support faculty in effectively using instructional technology tools and platforms to deliver engaging and interactive online courses.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to instructional technology and provide timely and effective solutions.
- Monitor and analyze student engagement and performance data to make data-driven recommendations for improving the use of technology in the online curriculum.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in instructional technology and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the IT department to ensure a seamless integration of instructional technology with existing systems and platforms.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency and alignment of technology use across all online courses.
- Communicate and provide ongoing support for students in navigating and using instructional technology tools and platforms.
- Create and maintain instructional technology documentation, tutorials, and training materials for faculty and students.
- Manage and maintain online learning platforms and tools, ensuring they are user-friendly and functional for both faculty and students.
- Collaborate with curriculum developers to design and develop new online courses that effectively utilize instructional technology.
- Attend conferences and workshops related to instructional technology to stay current with industry advancements and best practices.
- Contribute to the overall success of the online learning program at Pima Medical Institute by actively participating in team meetings and providing input and suggestions for improvement.
Relevant Education And Experience: A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Instructional Technology, Education, Or A Related Field Is Required For This Position. Additionally, At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Instructional Design, Technology Integration, Or Online Learning Is Preferred.
