Leadership Skills: As A Lead Instructor, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Overseeing A Team Of Instructors And Managing The Day-To-Day Operations Of The Medical Assistant Program. Therefore, Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Delegate, Motivate, And Communicate Effectively, Are Essential.
Clinical Competence: The Lead Instructor Should Have A Strong Background In Medical Assisting, Including Knowledge Of Medical Terminology, Anatomy And Physiology, And Clinical Procedures. They Should Also Have Experience Working With Electronic Health Records And Other Healthcare Technology.
