- Serve as a role model for students, demonstrating professionalism, compassion, and excellence in the medical field.
- Foster partnerships and maintain relationships with local healthcare facilities to facilitate student internships and job opportunities.
- Encourage and support students in their preparation for external certifications and licensure exams.
- Keep accurate records of students' attendance, grades, and progress, and submit timely reports to the program director.
- Actively promote the Medical Assistant program and the institute to potential students and the community.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Working As A Medical Assistant In A Clinical Setting.
Bachelor's Degree In Health Sciences Or A Related Field.
Current Certification As A Medical Assistant (Cma, Rma), With A Strong Knowledge Of The Latest Industry Standards And Practices.
Prior Teaching Or Training Experience, Preferably In A Healthcare Education Setting.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage And Motivate Students Of Diverse Backgrounds And Learning Styles.
