- Conduct career assessments and provide individualized career guidance to students based on their interests, skills, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with academic departments to stay updated on program curriculum and industry developments to provide relevant career advice and resources to students.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare employers to create job opportunities for students, and facilitate job placement for graduates.
- Assist students with resume and cover letter writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
- Organize and facilitate career fairs, networking events, and employer information sessions to connect students with potential employers.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and job placement statistics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and labor market data to provide relevant career information and advice to students.
- Provide ongoing support and resources to alumni as they navigate their career paths.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement initiatives that enhance students' career readiness and success.
- Act as a liaison between students, alumni, and potential employers, and provide ongoing communication and support throughout the job search process.
- Stay informed on relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards related to career services and ensure compliance.
- Continuously evaluate and improve career services programs and initiatives to meet the evolving needs of students and the healthcare industry.
- Represent the institute at career and industry-related events and conferences.
- Cultivate a positive and supportive environment for students, and serve as a mentor and role model for their professional growth and development.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Career Counseling, Job Placement, Or Related Field.
Knowledge Of Current Labor Market Trends And The Ability To Develop Relationships With Employers And Community Organizations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Students, Staff, And Faculty.
Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Responsibilities And Prioritize Tasks In A Fast-Paced Environment.
