1. Provide exceptional wound care services to patients according to established protocols and procedures.
2. Assess, document, and report patient wounds and progress to the healthcare team.
3. Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients with acute and chronic wounds.
4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wound treatments and make necessary adjustments as needed.
5. Educate patients and their families on wound care management and prevention techniques.
6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
8. Adhere to infection control and safety protocols while performing wound care procedures.
9. Stay current with advancements and best practices in wound care through continuing education and professional development.
10. Demonstrate compassion, empathy, and sensitivity towards patients and their families.
11. Maintain a professional and positive attitude towards patients, colleagues, and the healthcare team.

18. Flexibility to work on a PRN (as needed) basis, including weekends and holidays.
