- Schedule appointments and procedures for patients in a timely and efficient manner.
- Coordinate with other departments and healthcare professionals to ensure smooth patient flow and continuity of care.
- Greet and assist patients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or questions.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Unit Secretary For Mammography At Piedmont Healthcare Must Possess A High School Diploma Or Equivalent To Demonstrate Basic Knowledge And Skills.
Medical Terminology Knowledge: As A Unit Secretary In Mammography, The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Medical Terminology To Effectively Communicate With Physicians, Nurses, And Other Medical Staff.
Previous Experience In A Healthcare Setting: Candidates With Previous Experience Working In A Healthcare Setting, Especially In Mammography, Will Be Preferred As They Will Have A Better Understanding Of The Role And Responsibilities.
