Job Qualifications
  • Valid Rn License In The State Of Georgia: Candidates Must Possess An Active And Unrestricted Rn License In The State Of Georgia, Ensuring That They Are Legally Able To Practice Nursing In The State.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn): A Bsn Is Preferred For This Position, As It Demonstrates A Higher Level Of Education And Training In Nursing Principles And Practices.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Hospital Setting: Candidates Should Have At Least 2 Years Of Experience Working As An Rn In A Hospital Setting, With A Strong Understanding Of Acute Care And Medical-Surgical Nursing.

  • Bls And Acls Certifications: Candidates Must Possess Current Basic Life Support (Bls) And Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) Certifications, As These Are Essential For Providing Emergency Care In A Hospital Setting.

  • Strong Communication And Critical Thinking Skills: As A Stat Rn, Candidates Must Be Able To Think Quickly And Make Sound Clinical Decisions Under Pressure. Excellent Communication Skills Are Also Necessary For Collaborating With Other Healthcare Team Members And Providing Patient Education.
