- Provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients on the Cardiac Telemetry unit.
- Monitor and assess cardiac patients' conditions and collaborate with healthcare team to develop appropriate care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and document all care provided.
- Utilize critical thinking skills to identify and respond to changes in patients' conditions.

Bachelor's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution: A Staff Registered Nurse For The Cardiac Telemetry Unit At Piedmont Healthcare Should Possess A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing To Ensure A Strong Foundation In Nursing Theory And Practice.
Valid State Rn License: A Valid And Active Registered Nurse (Rn) License Is A Must-Have For This Position. It Demonstrates The Candidate's Knowledge And Compliance With State Nursing Regulations And Ensures Safe And Competent Patient Care.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Telemetry Or Cardiac Care: To Be Considered For This Job, A Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Telemetry Or Cardiac Care. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Solid Understanding Of Cardiac Rhythms And Can Handle Complex Cardiac Patients.
Bls And Acls Certifications: Basic Life Support (Bls) And Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (Acls) Certifications Are Required For This Position. These Certifications Demonstrate The Candidate's Ability To Handle Cardiac Emergencies And Provide Life-Saving Interventions.
Excellent Communication And Critical Thinking Skills: As A Staff Registered Nurse For The Cardiac Telemetry Unit, Strong Communication And Critical Thinking Skills Are Essential. The Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Families, And The Healthcare Team, And Use Critical Thinking To Make Sound Clinical Judgments.
