- Design and implement complex voice solutions to support the healthcare system.
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing voice systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Utilize expertise and knowledge to continually improve and enhance voice solutions.
- Work closely with other IT teams and departments to integrate voice solutions with other systems.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in voice technology to recommend and implement new solutions.
- Provide exceptional service to patients and employees by ensuring reliable and efficient voice communication.
- Collaborate with vendors and external partners to ensure successful implementation and maintenance of voice solutions.
- Train and mentor junior voice engineers to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze voice system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes.
- Participate in on-call rotation and respond to urgent issues in a timely manner.
- Adhere to security protocols and policies to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of voice systems.
- Document all voice solutions, processes, and procedures for future reference.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and successful completion of voice-related projects.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates, resolve issues, and address concerns.
- Continually strive to improve and innovate voice solutions to meet the evolving needs of the healthcare system.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Voice Engineering, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Expertise In Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Voice Gateways, And Other Voice Technologies.
Strong Understanding Of Voip Protocols And Network Infrastructure.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Team Environment.
