Sr. Electrician

1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on all electrical systems throughout the facility.
2. Troubleshoot and diagnose any electrical issues, including power outages, faulty wiring, and malfunctioning equipment.
3. Coordinate with other departments to schedule and plan electrical work that may impact patient care.
4. Ensure all electrical work is completed in compliance with state and federal regulations.
5. Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repair work performed, including any necessary documentation for regulatory compliance.
6. Supervise and mentor junior electricians, providing guidance and support as needed.
7. Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to develop and implement new electrical systems and upgrades.
8. Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and address them in a timely manner.
9. Maintain inventory of electrical supplies and equipment, and make recommendations for new purchases as needed.
10. Stay current with industry developments and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements.
11. Communicate effectively with other team members and departments to ensure efficient and effective coordination of work.
12. Maintain a safe and clean work environment, following all safety protocols and guidelines.
13. Participate in on-call rotations for emergency electrical repairs.
14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as ethical standards and codes of conduct.
