  1. Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of clinical systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
  3. Utilize data and technology to identify trends and patterns, and make data-driven recommendations to support decision-making.
  4. Serve as a subject matter expert on clinical systems and processes, providing guidance and support to end-users.
  5. Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for clinical systems and processes.
  6. Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to clinical systems and processes.
  7. Lead and participate in meetings and projects related to clinical system enhancements and implementations.
  8. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including clinicians, IT professionals, and executive leadership.
  9. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to clinical systems and processes, ensuring minimal disruption to patient care.
  10. Mentor and train junior clinical analysts on best practices and processes.
  11. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards related to clinical systems and processes.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve existing clinical systems and processes to ensure optimal performance and usability.
  13. Collaborate with vendors and outside partners to implement and maintain clinical systems and processes.
  14. Act as a liaison between clinical staff and IT professionals to translate clinical needs into technical requirements.
  15. Demonstrate a commitment to Piedmont Healthcare's mission and values in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Clinical Systems Analysis, Implementation, And Support.

  • Proficiency In Electronic Health Record Systems, Such As Epic, Cerner, Or Meditech.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Data Standards, Including Hl7, Fhir, And Hipaa Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Complex Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
