- Perform electrical maintenance and repair tasks on various equipment and systems within Piedmont Healthcare facilities.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues and develop effective solutions.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential electrical hazards and address them promptly.
- Install, modify, and upgrade electrical systems to meet current codes and standards.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols while performing electrical work.
- Train and mentor junior electricians to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other departments and professionals to coordinate electrical work and minimize disruptions.
- Keep accurate records of all work performed, including maintenance schedules and equipment inventory.
- Stay current with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in electrical systems and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
- Participate in on-call rotations for emergency electrical repairs.
- Adhere to Piedmont Healthcare's policies and procedures at all times.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Represent Piedmont Healthcare in a professional manner and uphold the organization's values and mission.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Electrical Work, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of Electrical Codes, Regulations, And Safety Protocols.
Strong Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Troubleshoot Complex Electrical Issues.
Proven Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Electricians.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Other Departments And Contractors.
