  1. Lead and supervise the electrical team to ensure all maintenance and repair tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Conduct regular inspections of all electrical systems and equipment to identify potential issues and proactively address them to prevent any disruptions to patient care.
  3. Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure the longevity and efficiency of all electrical systems.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to schedule and prioritize maintenance and repair work in a way that minimizes disruptions to patient care.
  5. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of electrical supplies and equipment to ensure availability for repairs and replacements.
  6. Train and mentor junior electricians to develop their skills and knowledge in electrical maintenance.
  7. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in electrical systems and technology to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members, other departments, and external contractors to coordinate work and provide updates on maintenance and repair projects.
  10. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with patients, visitors, and staff.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Experience As A Licensed Electrician, Including Experience In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Electrical Systems And Codes, Including Experience With Complex Electrical Systems Found In Healthcare Facilities.

  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Electrical Issues Quickly And Efficiently.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Other Healthcare Professionals And Department Staff.

  • Prior Experience In A Leadership Or Supervisory Role, With The Ability To Train And Mentor Junior Electricians.
