1. Oversee the safe and efficient operation of all electrical systems and equipment within Piedmont Healthcare facilities.
2. Lead and mentor a team of electricians, providing guidance and support in troubleshooting and maintenance tasks.
3. Perform regular inspections and maintenance of all electrical systems to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
4. Coordinate with other departments and teams to schedule and prioritize electrical work and repairs.
5. Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans to minimize downtime and ensure optimal functioning of all electrical systems.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices in electrical systems and implement new technologies as needed.
7. Respond to emergency situations and troubleshoot any electrical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
8. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal electrical codes and regulations.
9. Maintain accurate records of all electrical work and repairs, including safety inspections and equipment maintenance.
10. Collaborate with other departments to assist with electrical needs for construction and renovation projects.
11. Train and educate staff on electrical safety procedures and protocols.
12. Communicate effectively with management, colleagues, and other staff to ensure smooth operations and address any concerns or issues.
