  1. Assist in dispensing and preparing medications accurately and efficiently.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals.
  3. Maintain inventory levels and ensure medications are properly stored and labeled.
  4. Collaborate with pharmacists to ensure accuracy and safety in medication orders.
  5. Maintain patient records and confidential information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  6. Adhere to all state and federal laws regarding pharmacy practices.
  7. Educate patients on proper medication use and potential side effects.
  8. Process insurance claims and handle billing inquiries.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  10. Continuously update knowledge of medications, procedures, and industry regulations.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned by pharmacy manager.
  12. Communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  13. Assist in the training and supervision of new pharmacy technicians.
  14. Handle and resolve any patient or customer complaints or concerns.
  15. Comply with all safety and infection control policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent.

  • Completion Of An Accredited Pharmacy Technician Program.

  • Certified Pharmacy Technician (Cpht) Certification.

  • 1-2 Years Of Experience Working In A Retail Pharmacy Setting.

  • Proficiency In Computer Skills, Including Electronic Medical Records And Pharmacy Software.
