Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Respiratory Therapy: A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Respiratory Therapy Or A Related Field Is Required For The Rrt Position At Piedmont Healthcare. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Strong Foundation In Respiratory Care Principles And Is Prepared To Provide Quality Patient Care.

  • Active Rrt Credential: Candidates Must Hold An Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (Rrt) Credential From The National Board For Respiratory Care (Nbrc). This Credential Demonstrates The Candidate's Knowledge And Skills In Respiratory Therapy And Is A Requirement For Practicing In Most States.

  • Current State Licensure: Candidates Must Hold A Current License To Practice Respiratory Therapy In The State Of Georgia Or Be Eligible For Licensure. This Ensures That The Candidate Has Met The State's Requirements For Education, Training, And Competency In Respiratory Care.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience: Piedmont Healthcare Prefers Candidates With A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As An Rrt. This Demonstrates The Candidate's Ability To Handle A Variety Of Respiratory Care Situations And Shows A Commitment To The Profession.

  • Bls And Acls Certifications: Candidates Must Hold Current Basic Life Support (Bls) And Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (Acls) Certifications. These Certifications Ensure That The Candidate Is Trained In Life-Saving Techniques And Is Prepared To Handle Emergency Situations In The Respiratory Therapy Setting.
