Job Qualifications
  • Current Rn License: The Candidate Must Possess An Active And Unrestricted Rn License In The State Where Piedmont Healthcare Is Located.

  • Bachelor Of Science In Nursing (Bsn): A Bsn Degree Is Preferred For This Role, As It Demonstrates A Higher Level Of Education And Knowledge In The Field Of Nursing.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Clinical Experience: The Candidate Must Have At Least 2 Years Of Recent Clinical Experience As An Rn, Preferably In An Acute Care Setting.

  • Bls And Acls Certifications: The Candidate Must Hold Current Certifications In Basic Life Support (Bls) And Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls).

  • Strong Communication And Critical Thinking Skills: The Candidate Must Possess Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Think Critically And Make Quick Decisions In Emergency Situations. This Is Essential For Providing High-Quality Patient Care.
