Qualified candidates will have a current RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and previous experience in an emergency room setting. 1. Provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room environment.
2. Utilize clinical knowledge and skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
3. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated and effective care for patients.
4. Administer medications and treatments according to established policies and procedures.
5. Monitor and record patient progress and respond to changes in their condition.
6. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare team members.
7. Remain calm and composed in high-stress situations and make critical decisions.
8. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care.
9. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
10. Serve as an advocate for patients and their families, ensuring their needs are met.
11. Stay current with emergency nursing practices and participate in ongoing education and training.
