1. Provide exceptional and compassionate care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
2. Monitor and assess patients' conditions, including vital signs, medications, and treatments.
3. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
4. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
5. Monitor and maintain patients' medical equipment and devices.
6. Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques.
7. Respond to and manage medical emergencies and changes in patients' conditions.
8. Document accurate and timely patient information, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
9. Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
10. Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to the development of best practices for patient care.
11. Continuously evaluate and improve the quality of patient care through ongoing education and professional development.
12. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
