  9. Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
  10. Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and families during the dialysis process.
  11. Adhere to ethical and legal standards in patient care.
  12. Attend and participate in staff meetings and trainings.
  13. Maintain professional development and stay updated on current dialysis and healthcare practices.
  14. Serve as a role model for nursing staff and promote a positive work culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Current Registered Nurse (Rn) Licensure In The State Of Georgia.

  • Minimum Of 1 Year Of Experience In A Dialysis Setting.

  • Bls Certification And Acls Certification Preferred.

  • Ability To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Families, And Interdisciplinary Team Members.

  • Strong Critical Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills.
