  1. Ensure the safety and security of patients, visitors, and staff within the healthcare facility.
  2. Monitor and patrol the premises to identify and respond to potential security threats.
  3. Enforce facility policies and procedures to maintain a safe and orderly environment.
  4. Respond to emergency situations and provide immediate assistance as needed.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of security incidents and reports.
  6. Communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and staff to de-escalate situations and resolve conflicts.
  7. Collaborate with other healthcare personnel to address security concerns and implement preventative measures.
  8. Conduct routine inspections of the facility to identify potential safety hazards and take appropriate action to mitigate risks.
  9. Stay updated on emergency response protocols and procedures to effectively handle crisis situations.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by addressing their concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Attend trainings and meetings to continuously improve knowledge and skills related to public safety and security.
  12. Demonstrate a proactive attitude and take initiative to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Education Requirement: The Candidate Should Possess At Least A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Certification.

  • Previous Experience: Prior Experience In A Public Safety Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting, Is Preferred.

  • Knowledge Of Emergency Protocols: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Emergency Response Procedures, Including First Aid, Cpr, And Aed Training.

  • Physical Fitness: The Candidate Should Be In Good Physical Condition And Be Able To Pass A Physical Fitness Test, As The Job May Require Responding To Emergencies And Performing Physically Demanding Tasks.

  • Strong Communication Skills: The Candidate Should Have Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills, As Well As The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Staff, And Emergency Personnel.
