  1. Provide primary care services to patients of all ages at our Atlantic Station location.
  2. Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  3. Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by the supervising physician.
  4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients.
  5. Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and preventative care.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
  7. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  8. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to provide exceptional care and address any concerns.
  9. Stay current on advancements and changes in healthcare and incorporate new information into practice.
  10. Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and professionalism while interacting with patients and their families.
  11. Adhere to ethical and legal standards of practice.
  12. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement policies and protocols.
  13. Attend staff meetings and participate in continuing education opportunities.
  14. Maintain a positive and respectful work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Valid License As A Nurse Practitioner Or Physician Assistant In The State Of Georgia.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Primary Care, Preferably In A Hospital Or Clinic Setting.

  • Current Certification In Basic Life Support (Bls) And Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls).

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Establish And Maintain Relationships With Patients And Other Healthcare Professionals.

  • Knowledge Of Electronic Medical Record Systems And Proficiency In Documenting Patient Care.
