Piedmont Healthcare is seeking a Practice Manager III to join our team and lead our Outpatient Cardiology department. As a Practice Manager III, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our outpatient cardiology clinics. We are looking for a driven and dynamic individual with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care and a proven track record of successful practice management.   1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the outpatient cardiology department.
  2. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective functioning of the department.
  3. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
  4. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, such as patient satisfaction, wait times, and revenue, and take appropriate actions to improve them.
  5. Collaborate with physicians, staff, and other departments to develop and implement strategies for improving patient care and operational efficiency.
  6. Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff, including conducting performance evaluations and addressing any performance issues.
  7. Develop and manage department budget, including monitoring expenses and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
  8. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
  9. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in outpatient cardiology management and implement them as appropriate.
  10. Serve as a liaison between the outpatient cardiology department and other departments within the organization.
  11. Respond to patient complaints and concerns, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
  12. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes for the department and organization.
  13. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports related to department operations.
  14. Ensure all equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stocked.
  15. Continuously assess and improve processes and workflows to enhance patient experience and operational efficiency.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Managerial Role Within A Healthcare Setting, With A Focus On Outpatient Cardiology.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration Or Related Field Required; Master's Degree Preferred.

  • Strong Understanding Of Revenue Cycle Management, Healthcare Regulations, And Compliance Standards.

  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Other Departments.

  • Knowledge Of Electronic Medical Record Systems And Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite.
