Bachelor's Degree In Physical Therapy: A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Physical Therapy Is Required For This Position. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Solid Foundation In The Principles And Practices Of Physical Therapy.
State Licensure: Candidates Must Hold A Valid State License To Practice As A Physical Therapist. This Ensures That They Have Met The Necessary Educational And Competency Requirements Set By The State.
Experience In A Healthcare Setting: Previous Experience Working In A Healthcare Setting, Particularly In A Physical Therapy Department, Is Highly Desirable. This Demonstrates The Candidate's Familiarity With The Healthcare Environment And Their Ability To Work With Patients.
