  1. Assist in the accurate and timely dispensing of medications to patients in accordance with established procedures and protocols.
  2. Maintain a thorough understanding of medication inventory and ensure accurate stock levels are maintained.
  3. Prepare and package medications for distribution to patients, including labeling and organizing medications according to established guidelines.
  4. Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and efficient medication management.
  5. Maintain patient records and ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate.
  6. Follow proper safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service to patients and address any inquiries or concerns regarding medications.
  8. Comply with all state and federal regulations regarding medication storage, handling, and disposal.
  9. Assist in the preparation and submission of insurance claims and maintain patient confidentiality.
  10. Continuously stay updated on pharmacy industry developments and trends to provide the best possible care for patients.
  11. Attend and actively participate in staff meetings and trainings to enhance knowledge and skills.
  12. Serve as a role model for other pharmacy staff by exhibiting professionalism, dedication, and a strong work ethic.
  13. Adhere to ethical standards and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervising pharmacist or pharmacy manager.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience As A Pharmacy Technician In A Healthcare Setting
