- Lead and oversee performance improvement initiatives across all departments and teams within the healthcare organization.
- Collaborate with department leaders and staff to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Utilize data and analytics to track and monitor progress of performance improvement efforts.
- Develop and implement sustainable solutions and processes to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to department leaders and staff in implementing performance improvement strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate successful performance improvement initiatives.
- Communicate progress and results of performance improvement efforts to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
- Identify and address barriers to successful performance improvement, and develop solutions to overcome them.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in performance improvement and incorporate them into organizational strategies.
- Serve as a mentor and resource for staff in performance improvement methodologies and techniques.
- Participate in organizational committees and meetings to represent the performance improvement department.
- Coordinate and facilitate training and education programs related to performance improvement for staff at all levels.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to performance improvement.
- Develop and maintain performance improvement policies and procedures.
- Continuously evaluate and improve performance improvement processes and methodologies to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business, Or A Related Field.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Process Improvements.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Performance Improvement Or Related Field, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Lead Performance Improvement Projects.
Knowledge Of Quality Improvement Methodologies, Such As Lean Or Six Sigma, And Experience With Data Analysis And Reporting.
