Patient Sitter- Nights

1. Monitor patients: Observe and monitor patients' physical and emotional well-being while they are in our care.
2. Ensure safety: Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients by following safety protocols and responding quickly to any potential hazards.
3. Communicate with healthcare team: Communicate any changes in patients' condition to the healthcare team and assist with any necessary interventions.
4. Provide comfort and support: Offer emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families during their time at the facility.
5. Document observations: Accurately record and document patients' vital signs, behavior, and any other relevant information in their medical charts.
6. Assist with daily activities: Help patients with tasks such as eating, bathing, and using the restroom as needed.
7. Follow protocols: Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including infection control, confidentiality, and patient rights.
8. Handle emergencies: Remain calm and take appropriate action in emergency situations, such as assisting with CPR or calling for help.
9. Collaborate with other team members: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including nurses and doctors, to provide the best possible care for patients.
10. Attend trainings: Participate in ongoing training and education to stay updated on patient care techniques and safety procedures.
