  1. Provide compassionate and supportive care to patients in accordance with Piedmont Healthcare's standards and policies.
  2. Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  3. Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate.
  4. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
  5. Collect and label specimens for laboratory testing.
  6. Assist with patient transfers and positioning, ensuring comfort and safety.
  7. Respond to patient needs and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized patient care environment.
  9. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  10. Document patient care activities accurately and timely in electronic medical records.
  11. Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
  12. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to patient care plans.
  13. Attend training and educational programs to maintain and improve skills and knowledge.
  14. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Job Qualifications
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) License Or Equivalent Certification From An Accredited Program.

  • At Least 1 Year Of Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Patient Care Role.

  • Proficiency In Basic Medical Procedures Such As Taking Vital Signs, Administering Medications, And Assisting With Patient Hygiene.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Patients, Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals.

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, High-Stress Environment And Handle Multiple Tasks Simultaneously While Maintaining A High Level Of Attention To Detail.
