1. Provide direct patient care by assisting with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, and feeding.
2. Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the registered nurse.
3. Assist with transferring and positioning patients to ensure their comfort and safety.
4. Maintain a clean and organized patient environment, including changing linens and emptying bedpans.
5. Observe and document patients' physical and emotional well-being, reporting any changes to the registered nurse.
6. Assist with medical procedures and treatments as directed by the registered nurse.
7. Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare team members.
8. Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control guidelines.
9. Follow proper documentation procedures and maintain accurate patient records.
10. Attend and participate in team meetings and trainings.
11. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
12. Demonstrate compassion and empathy while interacting with patients and their families.
13. Remain calm and professional in emergency situations.
14. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.
15. Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
