Current Paramedic Certification: The Candidate Must Possess A Valid Paramedic Certification From An Accredited Institution. This Certification Is Essential For Providing Emergency Medical Care And Administering Medication To Patients.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) Certification: The Candidate Must Have A Current Acls Certification, Which Demonstrates Their Ability To Perform Advanced Cardiac Life Support Measures, Such As Administering Iv Medications, Using Defibrillators, And Managing Cardiac Emergencies.
Experience In Cardiac Observation: The Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Cardiac Observation Unit, Preferably In A Hospital Setting. This Experience Will Ensure That The Candidate Is Familiar With The Specific Protocols And Procedures Required For This Position.
Strong Communication Skills: The Candidate Must Possess Excellent Communication Skills, As They Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Patients, Their Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals. They Must Be Able To Convey Information Clearly And Effectively In High-Pressure Situations.
Physical Fitness: The Job Of A Paramedic-Cardiac Observation Requires Physical Strength And Stamina. The Candidate Must Be Able To Lift And Move Patients, As Well As Stand For Long Periods Of Time. They Should Also Be In Good Overall Physical Health To Handle The Demands Of The Job.
