  1. Conduct and analyze neurophysiological tests on patients to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of neurological conditions.
  2. Utilize specialized equipment and technology to monitor and record brain and nerve activity.

  4. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.

  6. Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during all procedures.
  7. Communicate clearly and effectively with patients and their families regarding the purpose and procedures of neurophysiological tests.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues with equipment to ensure accurate test results.
  9. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  10. Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve skills and knowledge in neurophysiology.
  11. Assist in the development and implementation of new neurophysiological testing methods and protocols.
  12. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans based on test results.
  13. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and comply with all HIPAA regulations.
  14. Provide support and guidance to less experienced neurophysiology technicians.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance the quality of patient care.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Neuroscience, Neurobiology, Or A Related Field.

  • Certification In Neurophysiology Technology (Cnim) From Abret Or Equivalent.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Performing Neurophysiology Tests And Monitoring Equipment.

  • Knowledge Of Various Neurophysiology Procedures, Including Eeg, Emg, And Evoked Potentials.

  • Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team, With Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
