  1. Design and implement network infrastructure solutions to meet the communication and data flow needs of a complex healthcare system.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve network issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure minimal disruption to healthcare operations.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless integration of network systems.
  4. Conduct regular network maintenance and upgrades to optimize performance and security.
  5. Monitor network performance and security to proactively identify and address potential issues.
  6. Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
  7. Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging network technologies to continuously improve the network infrastructure.
  8. Work closely with other IT teams to ensure alignment and integration of network solutions with overall IT strategy.
  9. Provide technical guidance and support to junior network engineers.
  10. Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical network issues.
  11. Collaborate with compliance and security teams to ensure network infrastructure meets regulatory and security requirements.
  12. Train end-users on network systems and provide ongoing support as needed.
  13. Contribute to the development and implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  14. Actively participate in project planning and execution to ensure network requirements are met.
  15. Maintain a customer-centric approach and strive to continuously improve the end-user experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Network Engineering, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Network Infrastructure, Including Routers, Switches, Firewalls, And Load Balancers.

  • Experience With Network Security Protocols, Such As Vpn, Ssl, And Ipsec.

  • Certifications In Network Engineering, Such As Ccna Or Ccnp, Are Preferred.
