  1. Monitor patient vital signs and cardiac rhythms accurately and consistently.

  • Knowledge Of Cardiac Monitoring Equipment: A Monitor Technician At Piedmont Healthcare Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Various Types Of Cardiac Monitoring Equipment, Such As Ecg Machines, Telemetry Units, And Pulse Oximeters.

  • Proficiency In Interpreting Cardiac Rhythms: The Ability To Accurately Interpret And Analyze Cardiac Rhythms Is Essential For A Monitor Technician. They Should Be Able To Identify Abnormalities And Communicate Them To The Appropriate Medical Personnel.
