We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nurse-Midwife/Nurse Practitioner to join our team.   1. Provide exceptional and compassionate care to expectant mothers and their families.
  2. Perform comprehensive assessments and provide appropriate care plans for pregnant women.
  3. Conduct prenatal visits and provide education and support to expecting mothers.
  4. Conduct labor and delivery, including vaginal deliveries and managing complications if necessary.
  5. Perform postpartum care, including physical exams, breastfeeding support, and emotional support.
  6. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
  7. Ensure all patient records and documentation are accurately maintained and updated.
  8. Stay current on industry best practices and guidelines related to midwifery and women's health.
  9. Educate patients and their families on pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum care.
  10. Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
  11. Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in the provision of care.
  12. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  13. Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare team members.
  14. Attend and actively participate in staff meetings and trainings.
  15. Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education.

Job Qualifications
  • Active Rn And Aprn Licensure: Candidates Must Possess A Current And Valid Registered Nurse (Rn) License And Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (Aprn) License In The State Of Georgia.

  • Certified Nurse-Midwife (Cnm) Certification: Candidates Must Be Certified By The American Midwifery Certification Board As A Certified Nurse-Midwife (Cnm).

  • Nurse Practitioner (Np) Certification: Candidates Must Be Certified By The American Nurses Credentialing Center As A Nurse Practitioner (Np).

  • Minimum Education Requirements: Candidates Must Have A Master Of Science In Nursing (Msn) From An Accredited Program, With A Specialization In Midwifery And/Or Primary Care Nurse Practitioner.

  • Previous Experience In Midwifery And/Or Primary Care: Preferred Candidates Will Have A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working As A Certified Nurse-Midwife Or Nurse Practitioner In A Hospital Or Clinical Setting.
