  1. Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure proper functioning and prevent breakdowns.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems and make necessary repairs.

  4. Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed on HVAC systems.
  5. Follow all safety protocols and procedures while working on HVAC equipment.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Maintaining Hvac Systems, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Hvac Systems, Including Troubleshooting, Repair, And Maintenance.

  • Strong Understanding Of Electrical And Plumbing Systems, As They Relate To Hvac Equipment.

  • Proficiency In Reading And Interpreting Technical Manuals And Diagrams.

  • Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team, With Excellent Communication And Time-Management Skills.
