  1. Maintain and repair HVAC systems in various healthcare facilities owned and operated by Piedmont Healthcare.
  2. Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and perform necessary maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems.
  3. Respond to and resolve emergency calls related to HVAC systems and equipment.
  4. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
  5. Collaborate with other members of the facilities team to troubleshoot and resolve complex HVAC problems.
  6. Keep detailed records of maintenance and repair work performed, including documentation of parts used and services provided.
  7. Communicate effectively with facility managers and other staff members to provide updates on HVAC maintenance and repairs.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in HVAC technology to continuously improve maintenance practices and procedures.
  9. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as filter replacement, lubrication, and cleaning of HVAC equipment.
  10. Assist in the development and implementation of preventative maintenance schedules and protocols for HVAC systems.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards related to HVAC systems.
  12. Provide excellent customer service to patients, staff, and visitors by promptly addressing any HVAC related concerns or issues.
  13. Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized HVAC repairs and installations when necessary.
  14. Train and mentor junior HVAC technicians and provide guidance and support as needed.
  15. Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements to HVAC maintenance processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
