Maintenance Technician (Electrician)

1. Perform electrical maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the safe and efficient operation of all electrical systems within our facilities.
2. Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues to identify and resolve any problems in a timely manner.
3. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on all electrical equipment to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
4. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed, including parts used and time spent on each task.
5. Assist with other facility maintenance needs, such as plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs, as needed.
6. Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance and repair tasks.
7. Collaborate with other members of the maintenance team to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently.
8. Communicate with supervisors and other team members to report progress, issues, and any necessary updates.
9. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in electrical maintenance techniques and equipment.
10. Maintain a clean and organized work area, and ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as federal, state, and local regulations.
12. Provide excellent customer service to other staff members and patients by responding promptly and professionally to maintenance requests.
13. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
14. Attend training and development programs as required to enhance skills and knowledge.
15. Comply with all infection control, safety, and emergency procedures.
