
Maintenance Technician (Electrician)

- Perform electrical maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the safe and efficient operation of all electrical systems within our facilities.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues to identify and resolve any problems in a timely manner.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on all electrical equipment to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed, including parts used and time spent on each task.
- Assist with other facility maintenance needs, such as plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs, as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance and repair tasks.
- Collaborate with other members of the maintenance team to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently.
- Communicate with supervisors and other team members to report progress, issues, and any necessary updates.
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in electrical maintenance techniques and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, and ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as federal, state, and local regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service to other staff members and patients by responding promptly and professionally to maintenance requests.
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Attend training and development programs as required to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Comply with all infection control, safety, and emergency procedures.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience As A Licensed Electrician, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Hospital Setting.
Certification Or Degree In Electrical Technology Or A Related Field.
Knowledge Of Electrical Systems, Including Wiring, Lighting, And Hvac Systems.
Ability To Read And Interpret Blueprints And Technical Diagrams.
Strong Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And Under Pressure.
