As a Maintenance Tech Electrician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our healthcare facilities are safe, functional, and energy-efficient.   1. Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on all electrical systems and equipment within the healthcare facility.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues, providing prompt and efficient solutions.
  3. Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and appliances.
  4. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for both employees and patients.
  5. Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed, including material and labor costs.
  6. Coordinate with other maintenance team members and departments to schedule repairs and minimize disruptions to patient care.
  7. Monitor and maintain energy-efficient systems, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
  8. Stay up-to-date with current electrical codes and regulations, ensuring compliance at all times.
  9. Respond to emergency calls for electrical repairs and participate in on-call rotations as needed.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
  11. Communicate effectively with all levels of staff to ensure timely and effective completion of maintenance tasks.
  12. Provide support and guidance to other maintenance team members as needed.
  13. Keep abreast of new technologies and advancements in the field of electrical maintenance and make recommendations for implementation.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including attendance and punctuality requirements.
  15. Collaborate with external contractors and vendors as needed.
  16. Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Electrical Maintenance And Repair.

  • Proficiency In Reading And Interpreting Electrical Blueprints And Schematics.

  • Knowledge Of National Electrical Code (Nec) And Other Safety Regulations.

  • Experience In Troubleshooting And Repairing Electrical Systems, Including Hvac And Lighting.

  • Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team, With Strong Communication And Problem-Solving Skills.
