LPN - Cardiology, Evans

1. Provide exceptional nursing care to patients in the cardiology department of Piedmont Healthcare.
2. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
4. Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the physician.
5. Assist with diagnostic procedures and tests, such as EKGs, stress tests, and echocardiograms.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
7. Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment plans, and preventive measures.
8. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
9. Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare team members.
10. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
11. Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay current on advancements in cardiology.
12. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and provide feedback for process improvement.
