- Assist in the development and implementation of new laboratory procedures and protocols.

A Degree Or Certification In A Related Field: A Lab Assistant At Piedmont Healthcare Should Possess A Degree Or Certification In A Relevant Field Such As Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Or Biochemistry.
Knowledge Of Laboratory Procedures And Equipment: Candidates Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Laboratory Procedures And Equipment Used In A Healthcare Setting. This Includes Knowledge Of Sample Collection, Processing, And Analysis.
