Job Description

If so, Piedmont Healthcare is looking for you to join our team as an Inventory Receiving Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and documenting all incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy and organization in our supply chain. We are seeking a candidate with strong communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.   1. Receive and document all incoming inventory accurately and efficiently.
  2. Maintain organized and accurate inventory levels.
  3. Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure timely and accurate inventory management.
  4. Communicate effectively with team members and vendors regarding inventory levels and orders.
  5. Monitor inventory levels and alert management of any discrepancies or issues.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery and distribution of inventory.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized receiving area.
  8. Follow proper safety and handling procedures when receiving inventory.
  9. Assist with periodic inventory audits and reconciliations.
  10. Report any damaged or defective inventory to management.
  11. Take initiative to resolve any inventory-related issues promptly and efficiently.
  12. Keep detailed records of all inventory transactions and updates.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding inventory management.
  14. Continuously seek ways to improve inventory processes and procedures.
  15. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a fast-paced environment.
