HR Generalist

1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent to Piedmont Healthcare.
2. Facilitate the hiring process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews.
3. Collaborate with department managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for hiring and retaining employees.
4. Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers and employees.
5. Conduct investigations and resolve employee complaints in a timely and professional manner.
6. Advise and assist employees with benefits enrollment and inquiries, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, benefits information, and performance evaluations.
8. Develop and deliver employee training programs on topics such as diversity and inclusion, harassment prevention, and performance management.
9. Stay current on HR laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risk for the organization.
10. Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to promote a positive work culture and support organizational goals.
11. Collaborate with payroll and finance departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee information and payroll.
12. Assist with special HR projects and initiatives as needed.
13. Represent Piedmont Healthcare in a professional and positive manner at all times.
